Terms and Conditions

1. Rates
are preferred in US dollars, any other currency counted by
the arriving date
exchange rate.
|
|
2.
Hotel extras (telephone, mini bar, alcohol beverages etc.)
are not included and
must be paid directly by the travelers.
|
|
3.
Validity is subject to change without prior
notice in case of significant
exchange
fluctuation.
|
|
4. Group rates are
included 1 free-paying passenger
for 10 paying.

Due to the seasonality of tourism in Yemen (table), reservation
lead-times vary during the year as follows:

Arabian-taj-tours guarantees this schedule contains the best
timing for arranged confirmations
of any reservation
with
all the
clients and other parties, and do not guarantee if any
behind-time reservation
may be
confirmed.

Arabian Taj Tours undertakes
to send confirmations within 72 hours - except during Yemeni
week-ends and holidays - from receipt of reservations with
unrefundable (10% for low season, and 20% for high & top)
as down payment of the whole rate transferred to Arabian-Taj-Tours
bank account (preferred) or
Western Union under a representative given Name besides
Arabian Taj Tours.

Seasonal surcharges
|
|
Rates quoted with no specific date may be subject to surcharges
particularly during the Christmas and Easter periods.
|
|
|
|
Payment terms
|
|
Down
payment must be paid as specific rate before the reservation, the
rest of the whole rate – is refundable – should been
telex-transferred (for low season 10 days,
high 20 days & Top 30 days)
prior to arrival.

|
|
Cancellation policy
|
|
1.
Cancellation prior to arrival do not expose any penalty except the
unrefundable down
payment.
|
2.
Cancellations & refunds after arrival. Once a tour has commenced,
there will be no refund
for unused portions of the land
arrangements. If Arabian-Taj-Tours decides to modify or
terminate a tour for reasons beyond its control, a refund
of the unused services or an
adjustment will be made.
Arabian-Taj-Tours will reply to refund requests within a
reasonable time such as to allow
refund confirmations from suppliers. |

Limitations of liability |
1. Arabian-Taj-Tours's responsibility to travellers
carried in vehicles and/or aircrafts for
transfers and/or tours is governed by
the laws of the
Republic
of Yemen.
2. Arabian-Taj-Tours
reserves the right to substitute hotels and related services and to
alter
itineraries if weather or road
conditions or any situation out of our control requires this to
be done.
3. Arabian-Taj-Tours and
its representatives act solely as agents of the various companies,
owners and contractors who provide the
means of transportation, accommodation and all
other general and related services.
4. Arabian-Taj-Tours
cannot accept responsibility for losses or added expenses due to
delays,
changes in schedules, sickness and any
situation out of their control. Client should invite
travelers to subscribe adequate
insurance for accidents, civil responsibility, repatriation and
luggage. |
